Live Oak is a city in Suwannee County that’s an hour away from Jacksonville, one of Florida’s largest cities. With a population of over 6,840 Live Oak residents are able to enjoy a nice rural area with a low cost of living. The median home value is $211, 435 as of 2021, according to Zillow. Live Oak has two major highways that go through it, US Route 129 and 90 which makes it easy for locals to commute to the outer cities.
